I drew this on the train home yesterday. I’m interested in the relationship between the image and the object.

On Thursday I got my heart beat recorded in the park. Christian Boltanski’s project Les archives du coeur (The Heart Archive) has made a home for itself outside the Serpentine gallery. It’s part of Boltanski’s ongoing project to collect and archive heart beats.  All the recordings will be added to his collection, which is permanently housed on the uninhabited Japanese island of Teshima.  The projects follows an installation he made of a light going on and off in time to a recording of his own heart beat.

It’s that time of month again, when the art pack descend on Vyner St and annoy the locals at The Hare.

Structures of Trade – Adeniyi Olagunju looks interesting. It’s at Fred gallery on Vyner St.

Working in the studio on the piece for the exhibition.

Quite literally.

and I’ve got a lot of giant pom pom making to do. I’m making a traditional ‘O’ and a less traditional ‘b’ to go with the ‘a’. Both are bigger than the ‘a’ and are getting through lots of wool.
